Frontier F22 die-cutter in a factory, with an operator at the control panel and a stack of corrugated board ready to load

Evirocor installs a Frontier F22 die-cutter in your factory. Your operator turns flat corrugated board into dividers, inserts and boxes, right next to your production line. We look after the machine, tooling and support.

Meet us at UK Packaging Expo, Liverpool, 10–11 November 2026, stand C40.

Our machinery

The Frontier F22, installed, commissioned and maintained by us. No machine to buy.

Your operator

Someone from your team, trained by us. A single operator runs the F22.

Our support

Cutting dies, consumables, fast parts and servicing backed by an SLA.

How it works.

Three simple steps, all on your site. You buy flat board instead of finished boxes, and the F22 converts it into the packaging your line needs.

Board delivered to your site

Flat corrugated board from your usual supplier, plain or printed. It takes far less space than finished boxes.

Same packaging. A much shorter journey.

Most factories buy finished packaging from a converter, then store weeks of it until it's needed. The F22 moves the making step onto your site.

Where the savings come from.

Save up to44%*off your packaging costs

A converter typically charges around twice the cost of the board. Make the packaging yourself and you keep most of that margin. The more you run the F22, the more you save.

*Estimates are illustrative. They assume a converter price of twice your board cost (a 100% margin), an average of 1,200 sheets an hour, your operator at £16 an hour and our standard rental terms. Selling online? Make your mailer boxes where you pack.

Die-cut mailer boxes and protective inserts, made in short runs at your fulfilment centre. More box sizes when you need them, with no warehouse full of slow-moving box stock.

Die-cut mailer boxes

The standard e-commerce postal box. No glue or stitching, folded at the packing bench in seconds.

Better-fitting box sizes

Add extra sizes and run them in short batches, from one stack of board (around 400 sheets of double-wall, more for thinner board). Lower courier charges, less void fill, fewer damaged deliveries.

Inserts for fragile items

Die-cut fitments and dividers for cosmetics, fragrance, candles, drinks, gift sets and electronics.

Ready for peak season

Ramp up for Black Friday and Christmas from board in stock, instead of waiting on converter lead times.

Plastic-free and lighter

All-cardboard packaging your customers can recycle, with less material in every parcel.

Branded unboxing

Run pre-printed board for branded mailers, without committing to a large printed order.

Boxes leave the F22 as flat die-cut blanks, ready to fold at your packing stations.

Talk to us about your site

Questions people ask.

Do I have to buy the machine?

No. Evirocor supplies, installs and maintains the Frontier F22 on your site. There's no machine to buy.

Who runs it?

A nominated operator from your own team, trained by us. A single operator runs the F22. We provide maintenance, technical support and servicing, so there are no permanent Evirocor staff on your site.

Who supplies the board?

You do, from your usual board supplier, plain or printed. It arrives flat, so it takes far less space than finished packaging.

How much could I save?

Up to 44% at full-time production, around 33% at two days a week and around 28% at 6 hours a week, compared with buying the same packaging from a converter. A feasibility assessment gives you a firm figure for your site.

What can it make?

Precision die-cut corrugated packaging from microflute to 5-ply: dividers and partitions, die-cut boxes, inserts and fitments, layer pads, and printed packaging from printed board.

What happens when my packaging changes?

We make a new cutting die, typically within days, not weeks. Because there's little finished stock on the shelf, there's far less to throw away.

What about parts, servicing and consumables?

We cover your machine consumables, and you keep stock on site so it's ready when needed. Service components and parts are delivered quickly, and servicing is backed by an SLA.

How much space do I need?

The F22 sits in a self-contained enclosure, with room around it for board in and packaging out. We confirm the space and access with you during the site assessment.
